Lean Startup and Business Model Canvas
Business incubation and entrepreneurship professionals are choosing to adopt the Lean Startup methodology in assisting their clients. Varela Consulting developed the Using Business Model Canvas to Assist Startups Master Class to help participants implement the tools in their programs. The course gets an entire entrepreneurship ecosystem using the same framework, making the assistance they offer continuous and their handoff seamless from one provider to the next.
